      减少风道生产中物料损耗的工艺:

      1. 在制作风管之前,请仔细了解图纸上风管的结构和规格,以便切割板材时产生不必要的浪费,这也是减少损失的最关键的一步。

      2、安排直管集中统一生产,尽量先做直管,这样就可以把剩余的大规格板材放在直管生产的后面。

      3.减少风道设计中可能不必要复杂的布局,从而减少整体不必要的材料浪费和复杂性(当然,这应该得到业主的同意)。
